7 Minute Microwave Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup oil
• 3 tbsp golden syrup
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3 heaped tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together until the batter is smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a well-greased microwave ring cake tin.
3. Microwave on high for 7 minutes.
4. If the microwave is not powerful enough, cook the cake for 8 minutes instead.
5. Allow the cake to cool, then finish it with chocolate icing.
