Celebrate Heritage Month with Chef Hermann Kruger at the François Ferreira Academy! Join Chef Hermann Kruger, Head Chef at Apprentice Restaurant, in the François Ferreira Academy kitchen for a proudly South African cooking experience presented in celebration of Heritage Month and in collaboration with Cape Karoo International. Step behind the Academy's big barn doors and learn to prepare a menu packed with distinctive South African flavours. On the menu: Ostrich fan fillet from Cape Karoo International, paired with Boschendal red wine jus Spekboom chutney Creamy biltong & mushroom risotto Authentic Hertzoggies This hands-on culinary experience offers guests the opportunity to learn, cook and feast while celebrating South Africa's food heritage.
